2. Proficient in using modern physics simulation tools like MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, or equivalents.

3. Understanding of robotics kinematics, dynamics, and physical engine modeling principles.

4. Experience in multimodal sensor (e.g., vision, tactile, force) simulation development is preferred.

5. Proficient in Python with solid software engineering capabilities.

6. Familiar with ROS or ROS 2 systems; practical experience in robotics projects is preferred.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, teamwork spirit, and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in building or optimizing high-precision, complex interactive simulation scenarios.

2. Participation in the design and implementation of multimodal simulation systems (e.g., vision + tactile).

3. Publication of relevant research in robotics conferences/journals such as ICRA, IROS, CoRL.

4. Experience contributing to open-source simulation projects or participating in robotics competitions.

5. Familiarity with engineering deployment of simulation environments or cross-platform development toolchains.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of algorithms for various high-precision tasks performed by robotic arms in industrial, service, and other scenarios.

2. Develop fusion algorithms combining robotic arm + vision + tactile sensing to achieve efficient and precise task execution.

3. Integrate sensors (e.g., cameras, force/torque sensors, tactile sensors) and peripheral devices to establish a perception-control closed loop.

Requirements

1. Educational Background: Master's degree or above; familiarity with robotics-related content is preferred.

2. Robotics-related major, with solid mastery of fundamental robotics knowledge.

3. Familiar with visual servoing of robotic arms, impedance/admittance/force-position hybrid control, and dynamic identification.

4. Proficient in Python programming and familiar with Linux development environments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Research and develop embodied intelligence algorithms for robotics, including but not limited to: VLA , imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and multimodal perception/fusion (vision, speech, tactile).

2. Build multimodal embodied operation data collection systems (simulation + physical robots), constructing datasets and algorithm validation benchmarks.

3. Participate in model architecture design and training, leveraging SFT /RFT to enhance performance; track cutting-edge research and propose innovative solutions.

4. Optimize model inference deployment systems to achieve precise robotic manipulation in complex environments, ensuring high operational efficiency.

5. Design and optimize systems for specific scenarios (e.g., dual-arm collaboration, complex object manipulation, tactile feedback, HRI), driving VLA-based solutions to real-world robotic platforms.

6. Proactively identify and analyze client needs, expanding practical application scenarios to maximize the value of embodied intelligence algorithms.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree and above (or Bachelor's with exceptional profile) in CS, AI, Robotics, Control Science, or EE; domain knowledge in CV, NLP, or multimodal learning.

2. Proficient in Python/C++ with solid data structure/algorithm foundations; experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX; familiarity with main VLA and imitation learning models (e.g., Diffusion Policy, ACT, PI0, GROOT); RL knowledge.

3. Hands-on robotics project experience; skilled in IsaacLab/Isaac Gym/MuJoCo; knowledge of Sim2Real/Real2Sim techniques.

4. Ability to deeply comprehend cutting-edge literature, with sustained passion and tracking of industry advancements; strong collaboration/communication skills; publications at top venues (ICLR/CVPR/ICRA/CoRL) is a strong plus.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree and above in ME/Automation/Robotics/CS (related fields preferred).
