Job Responsibilities

1. Compile and deploy customized Linux kernels, device trees, and rootfs for embedded SoCs. Port and integrate MIPI CSI image sensors into Linux BSPs.

2. Customize Linux drivers for image processing pipelines and camera stability.

3. Develop platform support for mainstream SoCs (e.g., Rockchip, Digua Robotics RDK).

4. Implement camera workflows using V4L2 framework and Linux media subsystems.

5. Optimize image quality with ISP tools (rkisp, libcamera).

6. Debug with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and bus analyzers (I2C/SPI/UART).

7. Analyze kernel logs (dmesg), system output, and other runtime diagnostic information to troubleshoot and resolve system stability issues.

8. Collaborate closely with hardware, algorithm, and embedded systems teams to jointly advance Bring-Up work for new platforms and sensors.

Requirements

1. Proficient in Linux kernel development and ARM SoC device tree configuration.

2. Understand the Embedded System Boot Process, and have experience in BSP customization (bootloader/kernel/rootfs).

3. Knowledge of V4L2, Linux Media Framework and camera driver architecture.

4. Understanding of MIPI CSI, ISP pipelines, and image tuning.

5. Solid C/C++ skills with embedded Linux debugging experience.

6. Capable of independently analyzing software-hardware integration issues using hardware debugging tools such as logic analyzers and protocol analyzers.

7. Skilled in Git, Shell scripting, and Linux debug tools (strace/perf).

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead robot hardware design and maintenance cycles: circuit design, safety compliance validation, and production issue resolution.

2. Execute component selection, PCB prototyping (soldering/debugging/optimization).

3. Develop technical documentation and standardization materials.

4. Apply knowledge in digital/analog circuits, PCB layout, HDL programming, and failure analysis.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred) in Optics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Circuits, or related fields; proficiency in at least one area among hardware structures, optics, or electronics, with solid understanding of the others.

2. Hands-on experience with sensors/cameras/LiDAR (projects/internships).

3. Bonus: Preference given to candidates with development experience in small hardware devices (e.g., smartwatches, desktop robots); experience in industrial mass production of smart devices or medical devices is also preferred.

4. Understanding of sensor principles (IMU, radar, ultrasonic, IR) and signal processing.

5. Fluent in reading English technical documents.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute functional/performance tests for vision-tactile sensors (hardware-software integration).

2. Design and implement systematic testing solutions by building testing platforms and tools, covering the testing process from prototype to mass production phases.

3. Develop test cases, generate test reports, identify issues, and collaborate with R&D personnel to drive issue closure.

4. Assist the development team in sensor performance evaluation and parameter calibration, including core metrics such as resolution, latency, and force/shape perception accuracy.

5. Monitor production testing for consistency & reliability.

6. Establish internal quality standards and testing procedures.

7. Track industry standards and monitor the evolution and application of tactile sensor-related testing methods domestically and internationally.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's+ in EE/Automation/Mechanics/Instrumentation.

2. 2+ years testing experience (tactile/force/image sensors preferred).

3. Proficient with test instruments (oscilloscope/DMM/force gauge/thermal imager).

4. Skilled in Python/C++ for test automation.

5. Knowledge of reliability validation (lifespan/environmental/EMC tests).

1. Lead material selection & modification of polyurethane/silicone for flexible sensors; optimize processes like screen printing; develop material/sensor testing methods.

2. Apply surface/interface modification techniques to enhance interlayer adhesion.

3. Support optimization of resistive/capacitive sensors through performance testing.

Requirements

1. Educational Requirement: Postgraduate degree (Master's or above), with major in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Polymer Physics and Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering or other related fields.

2. Professional Skills & Experience:

• Possess solid professional knowledge in polymer materials, with a basic understanding of the properties of common polymer materials. Have relevant experience in the synthesis, processing, and modification of polyurethane and silicone rubber, and be familiar with their process and performance characteristics.

• Possess experience in surface and interface modification, and be able to apply relevant technologies to improve material surface performance.

• Have experience with coating formulation and various coating processes, and be able to independently conduct coating formula design and process optimization.

• Have relevant experience in screen printing, and be familiar with the process flow and operational key points of screen printing.

• Have relevant experience in performance testing and the development of testing methods, be able to skillfully operate test equipment and analyze test results.

3. Electrical Background & Sensor Fabrication Experience: Be proficient in using CAD and other drawing software, and possess good computer operation and drawing skills. Have a certain electrical background, and possess experience related to sensor fabrication, such as the fabrication and performance testing of resistive sensors or capacitive sensors.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute patent lifecycle management including layout planning, registration, maintenance, operation, monitoring, and rights protection per company IP strategy.
