Job Responsibilities

1. End-to-end ownership of industrial automation robot projects: from business research, requirements analysis to solution design and implementation.

2. Define user requirements, streamline processes, set equipment specs, phase objectives, and control project ROI.

3. Lead cross-functional teams (mechanical/electrical/robotics/AI) to design client-customized solutions that create mutual value.

4. Track project progress, update client needs, and coordinate multi-departmental collaboration.

5. Drive full-cycle deals from client meetings to contract signing as solution owner.

6. Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics.

7. Develop standardized application solutions based on project experience.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s+ in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

2. 5-10 years PM experience with independently delivered projects; AI/robotics/automation background preferred.

3. Familiar with the working principles of conventional robotic arms and other robots, knowledgeable about the knowledge systems involved in automation projects—including mechanical, electrical, and robotic control—with experience in AI, vision, or related fields preferred..

4. Excellent comprehension, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and technical teams in complex multi-party scenarios to maintain partnerships. Proficient in written and verbal English.

5. Strong logical thinking and the ability to think from others' perspectives, accurately understanding and grasping customer needs; excellent learning ability, capable of quickly learning the latest technologies and rapidly mastering the business knowledge of specific industries.
