1. Participate in all APQP phases of new product development projects; review whether the outputs of each phase meet the input requirements. Ensure the completeness and compliance of project-wide quality-related content planning.

2. Regularly attend project meetings, lead quality issue list meetings, and track issue closure.

3. Responsible for confirmation of issues on non-conforming product review forms for incoming materials, in-process, and outgoing goods; drive the closure of corrective actions for recurring and batch issues identified in non-conforming product reviews.

4. Responsible for statistical data collection on production material and in-process issues.

5. Responsible for verifying the effectiveness of production process execution; conduct regular process audits and product audits.

6. Responsible for handling after-sales customer complaints, tracking the progress of defective part analysis.

7. Compile complaint data according to customer requirements, report improvement progress, promote complaint closure, and maintain good communication with customers.

8. Maintain a customer complaint issue list, hold complaint issue meetings to drive analysis progress, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and internal quality.

9. Responsible for the development and refinement of inspection standards for incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing goods.

10. Provide system compliance support to ensure adherence to ISO requirements and assist the factory and various departments in achieving their goals.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
