Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and strategic planning.

2. Familiar with the talent landscape in the industry, capable of precisely identifying market target candidates and position requirements. Independently responsible for executing recruitment operations aligned with business departments, including: recruitment channel selection, job posting, resume screening, interview evaluation, onboarding, and hiring processes.

3. Provide HR solutions for business growth, implementing effective recruitment and performance evaluation strategies.

4. Familiar with the operational processes of various projects, involved in formulating performance assessment and incentive schemes, and driving relevant initiatives.

5. Stay updated on employees' mental states, interact effectively with staff, enhance communication efficiency, and ensure information flows smoothly across different organizational levels.

6. Handle other HR-related tasks.

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of HR or recruitment experience in technology industries such as autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, and robotics. Candidates with agency-side high-end recruitment experience are preferred.

2. Deep understanding of recruitment, familiar with various recruitment models, and proficient in professional knowledge and techniques including job analysis, talent assessment, recruitment interviewing, recruitment channel maintenance, and mapping.

3. Strong strategic business acumen and industry expertise, with the ability to analyze talent pipeline dynamics within the business domain to build talent and intelligence reserves for strategic recruitment initiatives.

4. Proficiency in recruitment/training/performance management modules.
