Job Responsibilities
1. Demand Mining & Solution Design
Deconstruct implicit customer needs based on industrial pain points (e.g., precision assembly in 3C production lines); design modular solutions using company product matrix.
Deliver technical feasibility reports and implementation plans; propose cost-optimization paths.
2. Technical Empowerment & Customer Education
Provide real-time professional support to enhance customer expertise; build demand database (scenario-pain point-model mapping) and product iteration roadmap.
3. Order Conversion Support
Participate in technical tender drafting; assist POC testing; facilitate data transfer post-technical agreement signing; lead PRD drafting and synchronization with supply chain.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Master’s degree or above; preference for Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics.
2. Skills: Proficient in industrial robot control; knowledge of mechanical design, robot vision, motion control.
3. Project Experience: Hands-on development/deployment in robotic arm automation (assembly, palletizing, grinding, welding, etc.).
4. 3+ years in cobot/medical robot pre-sales support; must have full-cycle experience in precision assembly, automotive lines, or industrial automation system integration.
